This course covers all essential beauty therapies.
You begin by practicing on one another to develop your skills. You will then progress to external clients which further enhances your skills and prepares you for either Level 3 or industry.
Optional additional courses are offered throughout the year for example gel nails and tanning.

Course Content
The City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Beauty Therapy is a vocational course taught by lecturers who are experts in the beauty sector. It gives you the opportunity for hands-on learning in our industry-standard Training Salons, as well as a chance to complete external work experience.
Beauty Therapy at Level 2 includes:

- Head massage
- Create an Image
- Lash Lifting
- Waxing
- Eye Treatments
- Manicures and Pedicures
- Health and Safety
- Client Care and Communication
- Retailing and Reception Duties
- Anatomy and Physiology
Entry Requirements
Four GCSEs at grade 3/D or above, incluing Maths and English
Progression Opportunities
You can progress on to the Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or an Apprenticeship in the beauty sector.
