Bully Hint - Easy Gym Challenge
Beat all the challenges in the gym, once you've done this, you'll be able to challenge everyone anytime. The key to the easy money is to go up to the line every time, press Circle to jump, and while in mid-air, press X to throw. You'll knock em down every time!

Bully Hint - Easy Freak Show Money
To make a lot of money fast, go to the freak show and make a bet (max bet is $100) on the wrestling match. You can pick either wrestler to win, it doesn't matter. Stand next to the ring when the match starts.

Eventually the wrestlers will get close enough to you that you can land a few punches to the one you bet against. Be careful not to punch your own wrestler! This will knock his health way down and he'll be finished off easily.

You'll get”Violence against Children" in your violence meter, but it doesn't matter because there aren't any police in the freak show tent.

Bully Hint - M80s and Water Balloons
I don't know if anyone else had a problem finding these things, but they aren't too hard to acquire. The Volcano 4000 firework is located in certain lockers; they appear more often after all missions are beaten.

As for the water balloons, they will be unlocked once you help the guy on top of the building next to the bike shop in Bullworth Town. Jump the fence in the back and climb the ladder to get them. From then on you may fill balloons at any source of water (water pipes, drinking fountains, etc.).  

Bully Hint - Rule The Day At Dodgeball
While playing Dodgeball in the gym, you can stop the game by pressing the L2 button (Help) during the time the game is stopped no hits will be counted. So to use this in your favour, move as far away from the person with the ball, wait till the ball gets thrown, and hit L2. The ball will hit you but it won't count; then just pick it up and do the jumpshot and you will be winning in no time!

Bully Hint - Go-Kart
to get the go-kart on the street you have to complete all the carnival circuit races. Once you have, there are additional go-kart street races. When you have done those, the go-kart will be found near your garage next to the autoshop.

Drive flipped Go-Kart

If you flip your Go-Kart upside down you can still drive around with it and you will not fall out.

Halloween Unlockables

If you missed breaking the pumpkins and tombstones in the Halloween chapter, don’t worry. You can return to the boiler room at any time to destroy the pumpkins. To get the tombstones, you have to wait until chapter 5, and enter the warehouse in the newly unlocked 'Blue Skies Industrial Area', its called 'Spencer shipping', and is on the east side below the housing area (its on the map). once inside, go to the bottom floor and look in each corner, in one there are all the tombstones scattered on some crates, so hit them, in my opinion this way is easier as you find them all in one place, and you don’t need to waste time on Halloween, when you could be looting the school.

Easy Faculty Taunts

Go to the Principle's office and taunt the secretary. When she starts to chase you, just run around the desk and continue taunting her (while locked on with L1) for as long as desired. If she grabs you, just tap Triangle (10), or if she is not already irritated, you can just keep apologizing, which also helps your stats. This works for almost all staff -- just run and taunt.

Easy Money

Successfully complete all the challenges in the gym. You can now repeat a challenge at any time. Start one, go up to the line, then press Circle to jump. Press X to throw while in mid-jump for easy knockdowns.

Easy yearbook photos

To get a lot of photos in the Yearbook, go to either dormitory, pull the fire alarm, stand by and press Up, then start snapping them as they run by.

English Classes

There are only a few words are missing from two or three sessions.

Evade The Police

If you're being chased by the cops, just run into a store and they'll stop their pursuit.

Fighting multiple opponents

When fighting more than one opponent, sometimes you will get hit from behind. To prevent this, push over as many opponents as you can until there is only one person standing. Beat on him for a short time, then push him over when somebody else gets up. Beat on the person who got up and push them down when others get up. Try to keep as many on the ground as possible while only handling one or two enemies at a time.

Get some itching powder. When you get into a fight, if you need help set your weapon as the itching powder and throw it at one of the people you are fighting. They will start to itch. While they are itching, beat them up. The itching powder should last long enough for you to beat them or at least get their health in the red zone.

Free arcade games

Get the high score in "Consumo", "Monkey Fling", "Nut Shots", and finish in first place in all races in "Future Street Race 2165" and "Future Street Race 3D".

Get to class fast

If you want to get to class fast, when the bell rings get busted by the prefects. They'll take you to whatever class you have in a jiffy. WARNING: They will take anything in your weapons inventory except your slingshot, camera, and skateboard.

Girlfriends fight

Kiss one girlfriend then walk slowly until you find another girl you can kiss. You must walk slowly so that the girl you just kissed will follow you. When you kiss the next girl, the two girls will start fighting.

Marbles

Near the emergency exits on the old unused bus are some marbles. They are really useful because they can trip your multiple enemies. They are good for running from prefects

Saving others from beatings

To save someone from a beating, grab the attacker(s) by pressing Triangle and throw them far away from the victim -- so they will focus on you, and you will not accidentally hit the victim.

Rubber Bands

Collect all 75 to earn the rubber band ball.

G&G Cards

Collect all 40 to earn the G&G suit.

Garden Gnomes

Destroy all 25 to earn the Garden Gnome suit.

 Radio Transistors

Collect all 6 and take to the hobo to earn 6 new fighting moves
