Evil characters

	Osmund saddler is the main man of the game. He hates america and everyone who lives there. he has managed persuaide salazar to ressurect the las plagas from below the castle.He used the villages to work in the mine where the plagas is and the villagers became infected with it. he wears a long purple robe to cover up what he is hiding underneath it. He has a staff which he uses controll the parasite in the ganados.body.
	Chief bitores mendez is the big cheese of the village he teaches the local relgion that saddler created. he possesses enormous strengh and has a long dirty beard.He mostly grunts and his favorite phase is (you will face severe consequences) as he says it to leon and in one his files he stupidly leaves lying around.
	Ramon Salazar lives in the castle. athough he looks like a child he is an evil genious and sets many traps for leon.He is the one who revived the los plagas whereas he ancestors sealed it away. Saddler maniplated salazar to unseal the plages. As salazer is a relgious person he thought it was his duty to do so.
	This american solider had worked with leon in the US goverment but faked his death so he could work with wesker. He is now hepling sadder because he is the one who kidnapped ashley.the only reason he is helping saddler is so he can get the sample of the plagas for wesker. he seems to be stronger then normal humans. maybe because he is infected with the plagas.he seems obessed with killing leon.
