To Login to StaffNet you will need to use your College Username and Password.

Remember to put coal\ before your username



Not all services are available via this version of Staffnet for reasons of security. In particular TokOpen and Eclipse. To access all services you will require a VPN connection. Please contact ICT Support for instructions on how to set up a VPN connection

Logon Instructions.

When you click on the link to access StaffNet you will be prompted with the following box.



Under the username you will need to type in coal\ and then your College username. e.g coal\jsmith. Then in the password field enter your College password as normal. Click ok and you will be logged into StaffNet.
